Detailed Eligibility:

C/C++ Developers:

  • Bachelor in Engineering/Technology (or) Master in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science Engineering (and related branches)
  • 2025 fresher graduates with good proficiency in C or C++ programming language
  • Marks/CGPA in Highest Qualification: >= 75% (or) 7.5 CGPA on 10.0
  • Proficient in one Programming Language (C/C++)
  • Proficient in Data Structures and Algorithms

Compensation: Total compensation of Rs. 5,00,000 per annum (CTC)

**Service Agreement:**Selected candidates must sign a service agreement of three (3) years of continuous employment with the company on the date of joining. In the event of non-compliance with the service agreement, the candidate agrees to pay ₹5,00,000 to the company.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages, with screening at each step:

  • Written Assessments
    • Programming skills (C/C++)
    • Coding proficiency
    • Aptitude
  • Technical Interview
    • Conducted for candidates who meet the prescribed cut-off scores in the assessments.
  • HR Interview
    • Conducted for candidates who successfully clear the technical interview.

**Note:**Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person assessment at our Bengaluru office.
