Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred. (2021 onwards pass out) – No B Pharm
Position: 150
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a call center environment will be added advantage
- Familiarity with basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listening actively to customers and asking probing questions to fully understand their needs and concerns.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products and services, pricing, and promotions, while actively seeking opportunities to upsell.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred. (2021 onwards pass out) – No B Pharm
- Graduates (2024/2025/2026): B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BE
- Freshers or 01 year of experience
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
