Your Role

Job Description

-Work towards the Mission statement provided for Power Technique Service (PTS) Division

  • To contribute in building an efficient, agile, and service driven organization through a positive and proactive approach.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and support sales results through effective service planning, process adherence, and close coordination with customers, channel partners, sales teams, and internal support functions.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute service activities by managing service orders, logistics coordination, documentation, and accurate system bookings in SAP

  • Manage end to end administration across PTS systems (DMS, SAP,  MAM2, COPS, Rebearing cockpiit), ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

  • Track and manage open service orders including FP, CH, OH, FOC, warranty, and extended warranty service jobs, ensuring timely closure and dispatch coordination.

  • Support field service engineers through service planning, timely SJA bookings, and follow up on service reports and documentation.

  • Ensure service hours are correctly booked in the SJA module & timely closure of jobs in MAM2

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional customer support and provide effective after sales support for all Power Technique products.

  • SPP / Extended warranty monitoring & invoicing, tracking of SPP / Extended warranty machines

  • Handle end to end Repower activities including old core to reman booking, core tracking, Purchase order release / ACDC coordination, stock transfer, invoicing, subcontracting, WIP, and TECO closure, GRR & Inventory handling.

  • Coordinate with logistics and sourcing teams to manage parts availability, Warranty FOC orders follow-up and Repower Centre requirements

  • Follow up with internal and external logistics teams for dispatch of parts and materials.

  • Track non-available or delayed parts and coordinate with sourcing teams.

  • Maintain complete and accurate service order documentation for audit and tracking.

  • Booking of SO (FOC Sales Order) and service processes strictly as per company guidelines.

  • Manage warranty handling, Warranty reimbursement follow ups, dealer expense reimbursements, and vendor payment coordination with finance teams.

  • Monitor key service KPIs including service variance, MTTR, and NPS, tracking records and collect regional inputs timely. 

  • Assist in payment follow-ups and coordination with finance when required.

  • Having close follow-up on Service KPI points, Service Variance

  • Drive SOP adherence, process updates, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with global guidelines.

  • Manage Installed Base and digital service initiatives including Fleet Link, PM tracking, Power Connect, QR code service registration, and data updates.

  • Coordinate with Product specialist and assign Learning Link modules, monitor & update skill matrix records.

  • Ensure timely updates of TIA records from service and Repower teams.

  • Administration activities for all PTS systems

Location : PUNE

To succeed, you will need

Knowledge:

 - 3 to 8 years experience

 - Good knowledge on Compressor / Construction/ Mining industries will be an added advantage

 - Always Ready to gain Knowledge of products and channel dynamics

 - Computer Skills – E-mails, MS Office must.

 - Interpersonal skills – Approach to Customers professionally

 - Energetic, enthusiastic and able to meet stringent deadlines

 - Ability to Handle / Deliver under pressure

 - Excellent eye for details and quality

 - Work requires willingness to travel to Repower Centre , Chakan Pune  (Approx. 50% of Working time)

 - Creativity / Innovative Ideas to resolve issues for satisfying Customers

 - Basic knowledge on Spares Parts Business
