Linguistic Expert (Multilingual – Indian Languages)

Eka Care, India's leading digital health platform, is building next-generation AI-driven healthcare solutions that understand India's linguistic diversity. We are looking for Linguistic Experts who can provide linguistic and cultural expertise to help improve the performance of AI health models across Indian languages. You will work closely with our AI and healthcare teams to ensure that the system correctly understands and generates responses in multiple regional languages, ensuring accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness. Key Responsibilities: Provide linguistic and phonetic expertise in one or more of the following languages: Hindi (dialects preferred), Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, and Telugu. Review and refine translations, transliterations, and utterances for AI model training. Evaluate language data for correctness, tone, and contextual appropriateness. Support the development of India-specific, healthcare-focused AI datasets. Collaborate remotely with technical and medical domain teams to ensure quality and consistency.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Languages, Translation Studies, or related fields. Native or near-native fluency in at least one of the target languages: Hindi (dialects preferred), Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, and Telugu.
