As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the core of our educational services. This hands-on role is tailored for an individual eager to dive into the intricacies of professional training and customer support.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and management of training schedules, ensuring efficient and effective learning experiences. Facilitate contract distribution to trainers, learning the nuances of contractual agreements and instructor engagements. Gain practical knowledge in sourcing qualified trainers and understand the critical aspects of assembling a successful training delivery. Provide evening customer support in our classrooms, engaging with participants to enhance their learning journey (corresponding to daytime hours in India).

Through this internship, you will develop a comprehensive skill set in operational logistics, trainer management, and direct customer interaction. Your contributions will be instrumental in the seamless delivery of our IT training programs.
