Sr.Business Analyst

Perform gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow analysis to recommend improvements and enhancements for LIMS and billing systems. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development teams. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of LIMS and billing system enhancements. Perform manual and automated testing for LIMS and billing system features, ensuring high levels of quality and performance. Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools. Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing for LIMS and healthcare billing applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, healthcare providers, laboratory managers) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to LIMS and healthcare billing systems.
